"Thrills, suspense, action, intrigue This book has it all."

The Return is a story of the modern day fulfillment of the Grail prophecy.

The time has come for the prophesied return of Christ. Long thought extinct, the secret Order of Knights Templar battle the Dark Forces that fear His return.

At the center of this battle of good and evil is Sarah Davidson, an expectant mother, who has a unique heritage, and Peter Christos, her shipping magnate husband. The couple, who were married in the presence of the Ark of the Covenant, is confronted with a series of surreptitious schemes and attacks causing them to flee and seek a secure birthplace for their son.

They are aided in this endeavor by the Knights Templar, a clandestine organization that has, over the centuries, amassed enormous wealth and power and the organization to deliver it in anticipation of this day.

Ultimately, they engage in a grand battle for the prophesied birth

Review

I received an ARC copy of The Return in exchange for a fair and honest review. I enjoyed this book. I thought that Carter Vance did a good job of created well-rounded characters who were interesting and compelling. The plot is exciting and just the inclusion of templar knights fighting off dark forces was enough to get me to read this book. This story is fast paced from beginning to end. The reason why I gave three stars rather than four or five was because I thought that sometimes the pace was a little too rushed, and there was opportunity to build upon the story even further. I also think that an updated cover would help boost sales, as this is truly a very interesting and enjoyable book. All in all, I enjoyed The Return and I look forward to reading more of Carter Vance's work!

  1. I apologize, but I'm having trouble finding contact information or how I might submit my book for review. It is non-fiction; so it would need to fall into the "exception" category, if you're interested. Can you please direct me to the next step?
    Thank you, Sloan
